Nose corrections distortion

Various forms of nose distortions require different methods of surgical treatment:

- repaired operations are designed to improve the shape of the nose, or to obtain the aesthetic appearance of the whole face,

- rehabilitation operations are restoring missing parts of the nose, in order to improve the appearance

Surgeons work on nose adjustment are starting from face division between segments, and make measurements of the nose and set the proposed change (using the special instruments, such as a computer). Noses have various shapes, the different types of about 15 (eg the snub, acquiline, semitic, fallacious). Of course, not every type of form or every dream can be mold, but surgery offers the opportunity to improve the look of the whole face. There are so many forms of distortion that incorporate them into a single classification makes a lot of troubles. Generally it can be divided into two groups:

- congenital deformation nose (eg crooked, long, narrow, wide, distortion of the end, drop back),

- acquired nose distortion (eg, wide, crooked, curvature barrier cartilage, dorsal swelling, nasal bone fracture, loss of nasal tissue). Some forms of distortion are presented in both groups, for example a crooked nose.
